Todd R. Bailey, Attorney at Law


Todd R. Bailey obtained his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and his Juris Doctorate degree from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan.  Prior and during Law School, Mr. Bailey worked for several fortune 500 companies in the Detroit area, gaining substantial business experience and professional development.    

Mr. Bailey is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Antrim Bar Association and many federal courts.

Mr. Bailey has a love for the water and has been sailing and boating for over 15 years.  This love for the water has mixed with his practice of law and business into a law firm specializing in maritime law.  Mr. Bailey reads and updates himself extensively in the area of maritime law. 

In his spare time Mr. Bailey enjoys: boating, hiking, fishing, golfing, motorcycling and activities with his family.  Mr. Bailey also enjoys sailing the Great Lakes as a member of Maritime Heritage Alliance.  He is married to Wendy K. Bailey.
